For us, playing more private parties is a double-edged sword. In a way it’s great because we don’t really work as hard, we get to eat drink and celebrate with friends and we get paid more than club gigs. On the other hand we don’t get to see our 45s club friends as much and that’s definitely a negative.
Over the years getting to see our core support week in and week out has been one of the best parts of playing as much as we do. Unfortunately, tonight’s M&M duo show is the last public gig until July 5th at Cedar so it’s very much like that last exit before the toll bridge or the last gas station before the causeway. Come out and see us.
